24-hour cancellation policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment for a refund or to transfer your payment. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows forfeit the $90 30-minute consultation fee.
For cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, or help finding a suitable time, contact ben@dickersoneducationadvocates.com. Refunds are handled by DEA.
